Meet Ines who contacted me randomly trying to purchase some IBFA merchandise via my website. Through our brief conversation I realised she was into fitness but never competed so I suggested she joins my IBFA Croatia team that I was taking to Italy to compete at the 8th Mr & Miss Universe in Sapri. 

With less than 2 moths to get her in shape and brush up on her stage  presentation and posing Ines secured 2nd place in the Fashion category.

Sarah Jane had a six month deadline prior to her wedding date. We managed to get the abdominals showing. 

She lost 12.5 kg , 14.5 cm off her waist and 15cm off her hips and managed to fit into her wedding dress just perfectly.

Meet Gemma who initially came to me with a goal to lose weight and tone up. After achieving this goal Gemma went on  further with her fitness journey and took  a part in the British Gas Great London Swim!
